    Sent two emails one with photo attached but neither email showing in sent folder but used three of my stamps will they receive my emails still and why r they not showing haven’t had this problem be for n been using this for few months I don’t want keep sending n using stamps when they are not appearing under sent

    I suddenly can’t email my son either via the phone app, or this portal on the website. Suddenly, after well over a year. Somebody please tell me if you’ve had the same problem – what’s the solution?

    I’m trying to send my son an email and can find nowhere on the site any longer to do this. I know I still have over 40 stamps. What is the problem?

    Hello I was wondering can any one please help explain to me why I can not send money to my daughter. I have made sure that I have reg. my name and email address with JPay. it keeps saying that I am not listed on DOC and I know that I have3 to be for I am her mother and I have received an email from her as well. I have try on numerous times only to get rejected. This has me very up set and worried since she is thinking that I am not trying and I am. I have checked my name and email as well as my password something isn’t right and I need help with getting it straight. will someone send me an email after checking this account and see what needs corrected or if I need to contact the prison. Very worried and up set about my daughter. Thanks and Have A Bless Day!!!

    I’m new to JPay and sent two of my friends emails with photos, but the photos aren’t showing in my ‘sent’ folder 🙁 The extra stamps were taken though. Is this normal? I just wanted to check what the photo looked like. Thanks.

    I have not been on JPay for quite a while. I purchased stamps to send emails to a friend, and did not use all of my stamps. I was just informed by the inmate that Jpay is no longer available to them. When I logged into my account, I don’t see anything about my balance. What happened to the money I put onto my account? How do I get a refund?

    My son was approved for parole.
    However, it mentions that needs to complete a program prior to release.
    Where do I find information? I had call the 844 number but seems like have no other info than what we can find online..mmm… was told that is confidential information. I had looked up the codes on tdcj but don’t know where to check on him, not on the offenders information…im lost.. any one knows anything. He is in Bartlett, tx

    My son, G. Dean Milne is doing a mighty ministry and work of our Creator by mentoring others and bringing other inmates to know the love and forgiveness through our Savior, Jesus Christ. I am as proud of my son as the disciple’s families must have been of then while they were in prison and still doing the mighty work of the Lord!!!

    My husband was sent from county to CRFC here in FL. This is the beginning of our journey, it kills me that I can’t hear his voice for God knows how long. I’ve heard the reception center is the hardest part of this process so any tips anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated. My husband has a 5yr sentence therefore my 20 month old daughter and I do as well.

    Hi Jessica- If picture attachments are available at your loved one’s facility, you can send pictures from the email section of your JPay account.
