Update Your iOS JPay App

Hello iOS JPay App Users! You probably saw this screen as we’ve updated the JPay app!  Please upgrade to the newest version so you can enjoy all the products and services available through the app!  The old version will not be supported, so you won’t be able to access JPay services if you don’t upgrade to the newest iOS version.     I have tried everything and I’ve called you guys over and over and I have sent you guys emails regarding my issues and still nothing has been done, this is stressful not being able to get in touch with my loved one please please fix my issues. I tried re installing the app to deleting it for a week or so and nothing

    Hello. So I just sent an email to my loved one and I received a message saying your email has been delivered to the facility and is now pending approval by the department of corrections before it can be released to your contact. Why is that?

    Hello Again, I have received 2 email notifications on 4/23 and 2 email notifications on 4/21 saying I have a new message but when I login to my account and look in inbox I don’t have any messages. It has been doing this for about 5 days now. How can I get my messages? I understand that you are saying my last email was sent on 4/20 however my notifications sent display differently. Please help me clarify what is going on…..

    Hi Erica – In details, can you explain what you are having trouble with? While reviewing your account, our records show that CHRISTOPHER RAY sent an email on 4/24/2019 and prior to that his last was on 4/20/209. Please note that there is no delay in delivery. Thanks!

    Hi Sadie – The update does not affect sending/receiving emails. It is merely improving the function of the app. I was unable to verify if there are incoming emails on your behalf, as the email address is not associated with an account. Thanks!

    OK..I AM OVER IT. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO WRITE MY BROTHER FOR MORE THAN A WEEK NOW. YOU MAY THINK OF HIM AS AN INMATE, BUT HE IS MY BROTHER. THE APP KEEPS TELLING ME TO UPDATE TO THE LATEST VERSION, I HAVE THE 19.3 VERSION, I HAVE SENT MULTIPLE MESSAGES REGARDING THIS ISSUE AND NO ONE SENDS ME ANY UPDATES. I GET EMAIL ALERTS THAT I HAVE MAIL..BUT NO MAIL IS IN MY INBOX…THE MESSAGES I GET WHEN TRYING TO WRITE SAYS “YOU DON’T HAVE AN INMATE WITH EMAIL ENABLED”…THIS IS SO NOT TRUE. CAN SOMEONE TAKE TIME OUT OF THERE BUSY DAY AND UPDATE ME ON WHEN I CAN USE THIS APP TO GET IN CONTACT WITH MY BROTHER.??????????????????

    its not letting me log in for months now, Ive been trying to call you guys and email and yet No respond, it keep SAYING: (UNABLE TO COMPLETE THE REQUEST AT THIS TIME.) please help fix this problem was can not hear from my loved one because of this issue.

    For months now I cannot send funds via Jpay to my loved one. Yes I am on the approved list. I have had to resort to using Money Gram for months. JPay customer service has been no help. They re-set my bank cards and still nothing. Its been month and no one can give me a clear answer.

    It says I have new incoming mail. But doesn’t show my message for another 6 hours. And doesn’t avthally notify me when it is there I just have to keep refreshing the page to find it.

    My jpay won’t even update what is going on?? Idk if my loved one is getting my emails or not I go to the link and all is does is takes me to my jpay app that say I need to update for it will not support what do I do??? HELP
