    I been trying to get jpay to send me a link to reset my password but no luck the thing were you click send link does not work and I called customer service about 3 times and they tell me they are working on it ??? I need to reset my password for my account please help

    I’m having issues for the last 6months, my husband and I email a large amount of times. we’ve been not receiving each others emails and this is an on going issue that’s not getting resolved I’ve called jpay numerous of times what other steps can I take?

    Do you know when the kiosk in FLdoc at Taylor prison work camp with be working? When I call the prison to get updates they said the the kiosk screen say off line no net work service avaible? Also when will the tables be issued to the inmates?

    Is it possible to upload pictures for inmates in the state of MO? If so how do they receive them? Are they printed out on paper or printed out like a polaroid?
