Normal email service restored

We are aware that some of you may have experienced delays in our email service over the past few days. This was caused by an exceptionally high volume of emails coupled with a technical issue. This issue has been resolved, and emails should now be flowing normally.

If you were affected by this delay, please rest assured that your emails will be processed and their status will be updated in due course.

    Good Morning, My son is at the Wakulla Work Camp (Faith & Character Building Center) in Crawfordville FL. Can you please tell me if jp tablets are available at that facility? If so, do I just add money to his commissary account to pay for it? One last question, Just recently his facility began allowing emails. I purchase ‘stamps’ , one to send and one for return reply. After jp tablet is purchased, will it using the same ‘stamps’ method of payment? Thank you so much for any and all information that you can provide. Sincerely, a Florida mom

    When there was free photo service mine did not work. It took a stamp each time I sent a photo. I emailed JPay about the problem and never receiced a response

    I have been notified that I have a new email from my loved one. When I login to jpay, I do not see the inbox or any other related information so I cannot access the messages in my mailbox.

Wanted to let you know everything is going ok. no I really don’t like it here but we are staying because the Dr’s are good here for your dad. He’s doing good. Yes you need to leave Texas when you get done with your time.     I have yet to receive any emails from my nephew even though I have sent him numerous. Are you sure that the email service is in fact working.

    Thank you for this update. Please note: the jPay kiosk in Buckingham Correctional Center in Virginia has been broken for a couple of weeks now. Please get that fixed ASAP so the men can keep in contact with the outside world. Thank you.

    Hi Kesha – Both and the app are working properly. Your loved ones emails could be flagged for review, which would cause a slight delay in delivery.     I haven’t received confirmation on receipt of a money order for $100.00 sent for Billy R king, SCDC# 249995 at Kirkland Correctional Inst., sent 9/8/2017. M. O. was payable to j-pay, M.O. #23790852483. Can you tell me if it was received? The inmate hasn’t received a deposit in his account for this money order. The phone number provided for 24hr customer service isn’t working. I can’t get through to you using the number.

    Iam still unable to compose, send, read/access my inbox and all navigation/menu displays. This is taking a very long time! This is my 4th request for help. I emailed JPay support as you suggested but still …..nothing.

    I don’t know if that is in fact the case as I have sent my nephew James multiple emails and have yet to hear back from him. This seems quite odd. I’ve tried to call the customer care centre, and I was expecting to actually speak with someone, yet what I did get was an attempt to get me to set up an account over the phone.

    Once again I have to inform you that I am not receiving any response to my emails from my friend, Mustafa Raheem. I do not know what to do now. I pay in money for stamps for me and for him but I have no service at all. Should I try and set up another account? I imagine that you would transfer me the money that I have already paid. I would also point out that, when I accessed my account, your records show me as having sent mail last on 20 Jan, whereas I purchased more stamps and sent a letter a couple of weeks ago. Please hep

    Has the face of jPay changed? It used to show payment options in different colored backgrounds. I’m a little confused and am wondering why I don’t see that anymore.

    the Kiosk at Nottoway Correctional Center, specifically B upper West has been down for 5 days. The monitor went blank. Is there any way it can be fixed or if reported how long will it take to fix?

    I have set up Jpay to put money in an account for an inmate, can you tell me how the email and video chat work? Does the inmate use a computer at the facility? How do we schedule? Do you know what the cost is to have an email account for the inmate? I am very confused about this, there seems to be directions for me to send and pay but I absolute see no information on how the inmate receives or if the equipment is available there. Thank you
