Normal email service restored

We are aware that some of you may have experienced delays in our email service over the past few days. This was caused by an exceptionally high volume of emails coupled with a technical issue. This issue has been resolved, and emails should now be flowing normally.

If you were affected by this delay, please rest assured that your emails will be processed and their status will be updated in due course.

    Hi Rosanna- If JPay email is available at your loved one’s facility, you should have an ‘Email’ tab when you log into your JPay account. For assistance, please contact our customer service at 800-574-5729.

    Hi Vickie – The email tab is removed from your account when your loved one does not have access to our email services. This is due to a restriction at the facility or if our services are down for maintenance. If you have specific questions, please contact our customer service at 800-574-5729.

    I had two emails that were never delivered to the inmate. One was sent on 7/13/17 and one was sent on 7/19/17. Can you please credit these stamps back to my account? A total of SIX stamps were used on these emails since I had pictures attached to them as well. The inmate’s name is Caden Phillips.

    My email inbox says I have 7 emails. I read the newest ones and it will still say I have 7 in my inbox. Have some not come through?? Or is it just an error of some sort?

    I’m still having issues with receiving emails. My husband says he emails me and I will not receive it until the next day. It’s been several times he sent me an email on the weekend and I would receive it the following Monday.

    My son sent out a lot of emails to various people on Aug.6, and none of us have received them yet as of Aug. 15, . You said u fixed it, so why haven’t we received them yet.

    I just found out that JPay doesn’t have anything to do with purchasing a TV etc. Please accept my apology for asking you to reply to a message you could not reply to. Sorry about that.

    I have been having that problem for a few weeks now. I’ll get a friend of mines jpay either that day or the next day. But I won’t get my husband’s jpay which he wrote before my friend, I won’t get my husband’s for like a week. It’s crazy.

    Hello I sent an email last week to someone in Hutchins State Jail and I have never heard back. This is my first time using email services. How will I know if that person received the email because I never heard anything back.

    My husband is at Middleton Unit in Texas. I just saw a box i could select for a prepaid reply. Would he be able to reply via JPAY or would he be given a stamp to send a letter through the postal service
