Try Snap n’ Send!

  1. Download & open the JPay App
  2. Select your loved one in a participating facility
  3. Take or select a picture to be sent to your loved one
  4. Click “Send” and your picture will be delivered (Please be aware that photos might be screened before being released)

    JPayJT & Pamela – the inmate **does** have the ability to send pics on the kiosk. My guy sends me pics regularly.

    Hello Rae – Yes there is. According to the Department of Corrections, your attachments should resemble how each individual look at an in-person visit. Attachments might be denied if there is nudity, inappropriate gang signs, weapons, alcohol etc. Thank you!

    Hi, is there a restriction on what kind of photos you send an inmate through email? Like clothing/ nudity wise.

    My photos will not send they stopped six days ago . Not even the attachment photos wont send but it shoes in my out box they were sent but my husband never got them there are 9 photos now not sent that’s 9 stamps .

    If I’m sending photos thru snap n send are they still being printed out in black and white or do I have to send them in an email attachment cuz I sent 2 pictures but dont see them in my outbox

    Hello Izz – When an attachment is sent through the email, it will be available on the individual’s tablet until the email is deleted. However, if a snap n’ Send is sent, it will be archived after a certain time. Thanks!

    Hi Martha – If you delete a contact your emails sent to him will be deleted as well. If he has them saved on his tablet, then they will not be deleted on his end. Thanks!
