I got a notification that Snap’n Send was free today, 9/21/2917, from Noon to 9 PM ET (10 AM to 7 PM Mountain time). I tried it at 10:15 AM MT and was charged a stamp.

Was the “free” just a scam gimmick? If not, please refund.

Do inmates have access to archive/compression programs? Can I compress multiple photos into one file(.zip, .rar formats specifically) and they be able to decompress and open it? Rather costly to send multiple photos.

Might I add I use this system for no other options but I find it despicable that so much profits are being fleeced from the loved ones of those incarcerated. I admittedly confess, the crimes that landed my brother in prison are far more despicable but the prison for profit system we encounter in the US is despicable none less.

I’ve been sending my bf pics through snap & send, and thru emails and he’s not got any of them and that was 6days ago and like I said I tried thru here 1st and then thru emails when he wasn’t getting them here. So why is it taking so long and I know I’ve spent 10$ in stamps just for photos and normally I wudnt care if he was actually getting them but since he’s not then I thought I’d contact y’all and see if you can tell me what’s going on and why I’m paying for these to go through but they’re not going through? And I don’t mean to sound rude but I’m wasting time and money when he’s not going to get them? So can you please help, thank you & God Bless.
