I sent several photos 6 days ago through snap and send, and the inmate hasn’t got them yet. Why the long delay in releasing the photos to him to see when it’s obviously part of History they’ve been accepted to be sent?

Hi Kayla – Most states have JPay kiosk where your loved one would be able to view your picture at no cost. States that do not have JPay kiosks would provide a printout of your picture at no cost.

    April 18, 2017 - 11:03 am

Hi Crystal – The email tab is typically removed when your loved one does not have access to our services. This can be due to a restriction, system maintenance or if your loved one is being transferred within his facility. The email tab should reappear once your loved one regains access to our email service.

If we send the email or pic and our loved ones is transferred to another facility, will they still get the email that was sent at that new facility? Can there be a email sent to the sender to advise that email was received and read by inmate? Just a suggestion because that will help the families/sender at least know for sure that it is received by our loved ones.
