Jpay is only taking my money and not giving my cousin his letters. I wrote to him and he has sent 2 letters to me since telling me why haven’t I written him? He adds that there is Jpay email and that I can email him. I have but he is not given his emails. I called and they told me if I got a confirmation number, then he got his email. NOT TRUE!!! I wrote him again because he is depressed and needs to hear from someone. If he doesn’t get both the letters I wrote him I am going to make some phone calls and get to the bottom of this!!!
