JPay Day is Today!

JPay Day is back!  Certain JPay transactions enter you for a chance to win a $1,000.00 American Express Gift Card!

Today is JPay Day!  That means certain transactions conducted TODAY, Wednesday, October 24th through JPay.com, the JPay mobile app and the JPay Call Center (800-574-5729) enters you for a chance to win a $1,000.00 American Express Gift Card.  Those transactions include: purchasing a JPay tablet, purchasing JPay stamps, scheduling a video visit through JPay, funding a JPay media account and  sending money through JPay.

Limited to today, Wednesday, October 24, 2018, exclusively every time you make an eligible transaction, you will be entered into a drawing to win a $1,000 American Express Gift Card.  You need to have a valid JPay account and conduct an eligible transaction on JPay.com, the JPay mobile app, or through the JPay Call Center (800-574-5729) between 12:01am EDT and 11:59pm EDT.  The winner will be announced on Friday, November 2, 2018.

    i have been trying to buy stamps from the app and it keeps taking me to a page to submit a problem . This has been going on for days . ive sent a few reports and still nothing .

    My son is complaining that his JPay pad is not working right, if he takes it off the charger it immediately loses all its powder. He has to keep it plugged up. I just bought that pad a little over a year ago what could be going on and what can he do.

    JPay email is a joke!! I paid for 10 stamps and wrote 2 letters to my cousin and he has not received my letters!! I’m being taken for my money. He wrote me twice asking why I haven’t written him. He has tried committing suicide because he thinks no one cares about him. Give him my emails!!! I called and said that if I got a confirmation number, then he got my email. FALSE!!! I am going to make phone calls and comments until I hear word that he’s read my letters. HORRIBLE SERVICE for paying customers!! It is THEFT!!!

    Your message is really nice to have, it makes it easier to communicate with our loved ones, image had the chance to experience it from the inside unfortunately. I now have a loved one who is currently incarcerated and I can’t message her because of my have no way to purchase estamps, so know that whoever may have a loved one who is gone and are able to see send messages but really helps

    I emailed my brother on the 15th of this month. I know the process can take up to 48 hrs but I still have not heard back from my brother. Could this be due to a lock down? It’s very worrisome.

    I got a tablet for my loved one about a year ago. He was happy with it until he couldn’t charge the battery anymore. It’s been hard to find out why and what has happened to it. What can I do to get him a replacement tablet or a new one. I can’t get any answers. Please advise.

    I SENT MY BROTHER 100.00 AND HE WAS NOT ABLE TO PICK IT UP BECAUSE HE IS SUFFERING IN THE HOSPITAL WITH CANCER AND NOT EXPECTED TO LIVE. IF MONEY IS NOT RECEIVED BY THE INTENDED RECIPIENT, CAN IT BE RETURNED TO THE PERSON WHO SENT IT?

    What good are contests and discounts if the dumb kiosks do not work ??? In Louisiana, Angola Death Row, not one of the 4 kiosks works flawlessly. The guys have sent trouble tickets in quantities to Jpay but nothing is being built. It’s a shame !!!
