Important Information about JPay.com

As of June 30, 2018, the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Security Standards Council will not recognize Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.0 as an effective Internet security protocol.  Therefore, JPay is transitioning  our Internet payment environment to TLS 1.1 and higher.

IMPORTANT: on June 27, 2018, JPay will discontinue support of earlier versions. If you want to continue using www.JPay.com to access your JPay account and use any of our products and services, you must have the latest version of the web browser and operating system on your computer or tablet.

We encourage you to make sure your web browsers are up-to-date with the latest version, or else you won’t be able to access your JPay account through www.JPay.com. Below is a list of web browsers and the latest versions:

  • Chrome – Version 22 to 67 or higher
  • Firefox – Version from 49.2 to Version 60 or higher
  • Internet Explorer – Version 11 or higher
  • Microsoft Edge – Version 42 or higher
  • Apple Safari – 7 on OS x 10.9 or higher

    Hi good morning I received emails noting that there were 3 messages to me, but when you open the app was only 1 message and I’ve already sent several messages and so far I did not get a response, and the algae weeks ago my friend said that you have sent 3 messages and I never received, I would like to know what is happening if my messages are being delivered. Thank you

    I can’t log into the Jpay app, when I try it says ‘error unable to log in at this time’ I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times and updated my phone and tried on other devices and nothing works. I emailed Jpay and they just said update the app if that doesn’t work use the internet browser which I have been doing but I want to send videograms so I need to get the app working, I’m in the EU please someone help as there seems to be no answer to this online.

There are several emails sent to LOGAN HALE from the beginning of July to present. A couple to TIMOTHY LEIK which were all successfully delivered.     This is getting old! We spend money to email our loved ones which is already bad enough and now it’s not even sending emails and it’s been well over 72 hours! This IS NOT OK! It seems to be a scam!

    This is going on with my loved one. Says there’s a message but nothing is there. This is like a big scam to take money but not delivering services

    My husbands player hasn’t synced in 3 weeks and he has issued multiple trouble tickets. I called the 800.574.5729 and they said they are not able to assist with trouble shooting the players. That is a different department called “inmate support” and they only help when an inmate issues a trouble ticket through the kiosk. So referring people to call this number is not helpful to his loved ones. As a paying customer I need a phone number to call that I can speak with someone to trouble shoot this player and get it working again without all the run around that we are receiving.

    Is jpay down again?? Not receiving nor is my inmate getting my emails, we pay for this service this is not okay! please fix this issue.

    I’m receiving the emails that I have received a jpay message but then theres nothing there. This is day 3 of it and theres 10-15 messages that I haven’t gotten from the inmate but I got the email to check it.

    It’s been 2 days I have not talked to my loved one! I’ve been waiting for his messages. I know he sends me messages because I receive emails but when I log into JPay nothing there. Please fix this problem especially if we’re gonna he paying to communicate. This is the o my form I can communicate with him. Please

    Hi – This sounds unlikely. However, all emails are processed like USPS mail. An email is generally undelivered due to its contents such as profane language etc. Thanks!
