Hi Darla – If an email was sent to you, you would have received an email notification. If said email was ejected, you will also receive an email notification. Thanks!

Hi Carolina – If you have not received an email, this means your loved one has not sent one. The last email sent on your behalf was delivered on 3-3-19. If an email as rejected by JPay, a message would have been sent to you by JPay. Thanks

I have a JPay account and I haven’t received any emails since 2/19 and that’s not normal. I’ve sent several with no response and even prior to that I wasn’t receiving ANY notification that I’d received an email. I don’t get it.
