Why is they system down at Lake CI in Florida it has been for a week! The hurricane wasn’t the problem it didn’t make land fall & the system went down before that! Also don’t say “email can be delayed up to 72 hours” the problem is within your system & it needs to be fixed. I as well have contacted the BBB your system & tablets NEVER work! A month since he put in his “service ticket” re: his tablet not holding a charge for more than 15 minutes after charging battery to 100%…. Let’s get it together jpay! Please none of your ridiculous automatic/scripted responses for me…. I’ve heard & read the same exact response way too many times!

Hello Jacquie – Thank you for bringing this to our attention. The individual should submit tablet inquiries using the kiosk. Once received, a representative will address his/her concerns. It may be longer than normal, but all trouble tickets are addressed. Thanks!

Hello Patricia – Thank you for your patience. Often time emails deliver instantaneously. However, we strive to deliver all eMessages within 72 hours from the sent time. It may take longer, if there is a holiday and the mail room staff were not at the facility. Thanks!

Samantha Collins My loved one is having the same problem with the kiosk saying he needs to sync his tablet and it doesn’t work. I even purchased him a new tablet because The Tickets they have to put in or never answered. I have contacted JPay and now I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. I to spend hundreds of dollars a month to be in contact with my loved one and JPay needs to stand behind their products and their services.

In response to your reply… He has sibmitted every single ticket from the kiosk and explained the issue in detail each time and they still keepntelling him thatvhis tablet is syncing and working fine. BUT IT ISNT !!! This is the run around I am speaking of. They just need to replace his tablet. It has been like this since June 15th and hasnt heen fixed at all. Also Inwas looking at my inbox and all email from 2/28/19 until mid July are gone. The problem is not in the media it is in the email program. Whatever happened in the mandatory update that took place in June messed up the email process. TShumbie Collins 534741 is his info if someone could please get this resolved it would be great. If not then replace it.

Seems to be down for me in England, UK. Can’t access the site and keeps telling me it’s a Internet connection error and I should check my connection. Nothing wrong with my login details or password but I can’t even access the website either. Please get this fixed.

Hello, so I don’t know if this can not work in certain states but jpay is down somewhere… My guy is serving his time in Virginia and I’m in New York. He sent me an email on the 20th and I didn’t get it until the 23rd. And now nothing and I know that he would of answered my other emails. So please fix this. Thank you.

I am just wondering if the trouble tickets are even read in their entirety that inmates submit. My husband has submitted at least 7 tickets with the same issue and he keeps getting the same response…. HIS EMAIL INBOX IS NOT WORKING ON HIS TABLET. He cannot receive emails to his tablet and he has to go to the kiosk to read ALL incoming messages. His inbox is completely empty and has been for months because his tablet will not sync his incoming emails. He can download movies, games, music and send out messages but cannot receive email messages or pics thru email. This is getting ridiculous. How is it people spend their money on these tablets and the contract or agreement is not upheld by the company selling them just hecause these people are incarcerated? Maybe this should be televised and lets see how many others are having this same issue and get no assistance in getting it fixed. If we call customer service for our loved one we are told our loved on has to submit a ticket, however, the tickets are NEVER answered or IS NOT FIXING THE PROBLEM. Is there another route to getting this resolved? I am having to resend things that should not have to be resent because his inbox got wiped out. Maybe a civil suit is in order because we cannot seem to get any help from a billion dollar company. If it cannot be fixed then replace the defective tablet. Frustrated and tired of the run around.

JPay is down in Idaho. I’ve spoken with the DOC is there anyway to fix this? I spend hundreds of dollars a month to talk to my husband. Please someone try to fix this instead of the automated we strive to deliver emails within 72 hours. I am so thankful for JPay but please try to fix this issue! It’s extremely hard not knowing if they are safe or not.

    Hello,
I was also wondering if there are issues with jpay emails being down, if it differs from state to state? I normally talk to my guy 8 times or more a day on jpay, and I have not heard anything in 24 hours. It suck when you never know if its something with jpay or not. Anyone know of any issues they have been having. He is in Idaho.
