    Hello Tonya – We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the app. You only have one (1) individual on your JPay account, whose only service is money transfer. This is why, the send money option is the first thing you see upon login in. When you initially setup the app, was there a different icon on your home screen? Please let us know so we can further troubleshoot. Thanks!

    I am having an issue of the app it is stuck on a send money page I’ve called JPay they said that wants the money goes through it should go back to the homepage still not going to the homepage I’ve sent 140 then a hundred today but I am still having an issue I can’t get back to the homepage to do anything with the money can’t set up a call or anything I don’t know anything about JPay so I’m trying to learn but I can’t learn if I’m stuck on the page that says send money when I’ve already sent money through the phone I’ve weather jpay.com when I try to login on the Forum to comment it would say invalid username or password and I know it’s correct so I changed it so I was able to login finally and get to the Forum I guess so here I am writing you any advice I have deleted the app uninstalled App clear the cache clear the data restarted my phone called my phone provider everything nothing is working it is still stuck on the send money page has anybody else ever had these issues and what can I do I even wrote and called JPay they are no help

    Hi my name is Sandy and I have been reaching out to Jpay’s customer service since March 2019. When I go type an email it then ask for attachments so I then add the then it ask you to confirms and it says how many stamps .i usually add 5 photos along with the letter so that should be 6 stamps total. Well everytime I hit confirm it says only 1 stamp which means only the letter was attached, again I have been calling. Since March in reference to this issue and have spoken with 4 individuals. Well finally I called in the middle of June and they suggested writing up a trouble ticke(first time I’ve heard of this being able to be done) all the other customer service employees said it has been an issue and it still was not fixed. Anyway today July 2,2019 I typed an email and attached 5 photos and of course only the letter went through. What is the problem and can you please check into it.

    Hi Leiasia – If your loved one can receive eCards, when you send an email, you can click on the attachment button and browse the eCards, and then select the ones you want to send. Each eCard is an additional stamp. Thanks!

    For 2 days now I’m being alerted in my iCloud email account that I’m receiving messages, the times they are sent to me ect….. but I have no new messages when I open the JPay app as well as the JPay browser???? This is frustrating bc I keep getting messages but I can’t read them…..

    Hi Amanda – Our records show that the eCard sent on 03/23/2019 was successfully delivered. The VideoGram sent o 03/11/2019 was rejected, as your loved one must show his face while recording. Thanks!

    Hi Shelby – Tablet related issues are addressed if/when an individual submit a trouble ticket. We appreciate his patience, as each individuals are being addressed accordingly. If the individual has access to unlock the tablet and have access to the apps, he is able to connect to the radio. Thanks!

    My boyfriend has been in Gainesville since January I’ve called a million times about the broke tablet I payed for y’all keep giving me the run around telling me it will get fixed y’all said it’s non refundable and it’s ridiculous because he can’t use his tablet and y’all haven’t done anything to correct the problem it’s sad enough he’s away from his kids and family y’all haven’t done anything it is now April y’all should be ashamed of yourself seriously

    Question – – Can the AM/fm radio on the jp5-mini tablet work if the tablet hasn’t been synced?

    Please advise on this question & also timeline for getting replacement tablet re-credentialized. Inmate at MCI placed trouble ticket 3-4 weeks ago for help with this. Understand there’s a backlog… just please give us an idea when his jp5 can be up-&-running. Gosh, if at least he could listen to the radio on it, that’d help. I want to help him so badly. He’s my only grandson. Thanks for your help, Jpay.

    My husband sent me a videogram almost 2 weeks ago and i havent received it. He also sent an e card and havent received it either. When will i receive them and if not will he be credited back the stamps.

    Im wodering how long will it be until a technician will be out to my husbands facility to fix the kiosk in his pod. Its hard for some to talk on the phone when they are limited to the number of phones with so many people in one pod. So the only other communication is emailing. They have been with out it for goong on 3 weeks.

    I’ve sent regarding this matter A tablet that was ordered 11/2018 while my family member was at South Florida Reception Center in Doral, Florida. He (Cassel Foulks, #198386) is now at Jackson CI, 5563 10th St, Malone, FL 32445. It is now approaching three months and he still do have his tablet. The ticket #00217569 he was advised to follow up with personnel at SFRC as to the whereabouts of the tablet. I called SFRC and was told the tablet was not there and had been shipped back to the warehouse. We have exercise patient with this process and understand situations like his may occur often than not however, for it to take this long is unacceptable. Please provide status update or a tracking number ASAP regarding this order or refund the money back into his account.
