Lil’ Wayne: Confident Talk Prior to Going to Jail
After being caught in possession of a gun in New York city over three years ago, Dwayne Michael Carter, Jr., or as he is better known to the world Lil Wayne, is getting ready to serve a 12 month jail sentence. And yet his talk is quite positive.
Lil Wayne is one of hip-hop’s greatest stars, producing many albums and many more in collaboration with other artists. He has also played many roles in movies, TV shows and commercials.
Now on his way to jail, Lil Wayne tells the media he is actually looking forward to his prison sentence. He says he doesn’t bother asking anyone for advice on his upcoming sitting time. Lil Wayne sums it up himself with an ironic comment: “This is Lil Wayne going to jail. Nobody I can talk to can tell me what that’s like.”
While sitting in jail, his team will do its best to ensure that his fans remain faithful and that he will retain his momentum for after he come out of jail which will hopefully mean the immediate release of his next album.
While in jail, Lil Wayne will have many rights of which his team will probably make sure to take advantage. There are many prisoners who are simply unaware of the extent of their prisoner rights and family and friends sometimes feel helpless, needlessly.
