It seems as though the inspiration from stories like the class in California that managed to come to racial and civil order under the guidance of their teacher, or from the scores of other stories of plain goodwill, never seems to wither or die down. Some school children from a number of schools across the country and, in fact, across the continent have shown they care for their friends despite his or her standing. One leading girl said she feels these packages of love stop kids becoming inmates, locked away for years.

In a school in Canada, a number of children are receiving awards for their care and concern for other children in the school who are less fortunate than they are; be it financially, academically or socially.

Their activities were launched by a victim who was paralyzed for life when she came between violence on school grounds. She since has become active in seeing to it that children take leadership roles in combating violence and hatred in every form it presents itself.

This particular program has awarded eight children with scholarship funding for different educational causes for their programs on each of their school in fighting hate, crime and loneliness.
